Return Policies
Telecomwarehouse is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange . Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
Shipping is non-refundable*
A 25% Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear)
Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $ 100.00.
*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund
Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from Telecomwarehouse is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. For orders over $500.00, we offer FREE shipping within the contiguous United States. All items will be shipped insured.
When will I receive my order? |
The majority of orders are shipped the same day as placed. If there is any significant delay in shipment, you will be contacted promptly by one of our friendly service representatives. We provide FREE Ground Shipping (Continental US Only) on every online order over$500.00, and offer 2-day, and Overnight services. For orders shipped via Ground, please use the Ground Services Shipping Map below to determine when your order will arrive. |
